  • Developing / aligning requirements and undertaking a deep comparison of CRM, Utility Billing and Reporting for a Water Corporation.  Making recommendations on moving forward,
  • Security Self-Assessment against the PSM and the ISM,
  • IT Managed Services contract development and negotiation,
  • Data migration services,
  • Video Conferencing and Digital Meeting Requirements and Use Cases (industry wide),
  • Detailed Requirements and Market Scans for IT Managed Services, Infrastructure, Finance, Payroll, HR and OHS,
  • Developed the Change Management Plan for strategic IT initiatives,
  • Developed the IT Strategy for an LGA,
  • Conducting the Self-Assessment phase of a Dept of Employment Security Review (based upon the ISM and PSPF)
  • Business Case and Procurement Plan for Core Systems Transformation for a Water Corporation,
  • Along with some other projects.

  • Business Classification Scheme mapping.
